Spencer wants to know when people go into restaurants when it gets down to the time they close.
Spencer said if they close at 9pm, is it bad to go in at 8:50 to eat?
Megan said when she was a server, she hated when this happened. She said 30 minutes before a sit down restaurant closes is when the kitchen is cleaning up and the staff is trying to get everything done for close.
Our friend who was a server for years said he agrees with Megan, and said when it was close to closing time there really wasn't anything prepared because it all gets put up.
Spencer and our friend found a better solution - for restaurants to post what time their kitchen's close more often so people know.
