Spencer's dog Thor is turning 8 years old today, and Spencer wants to do something special for him.
Spencer said he normally goes to a dog bakery and picks up special birthday treats for the pups, puts part hats on them and gives them a little birthday party.
He says this is something he does each year, but wonders if this makes him a loser.
Megan said that it's sweet and kind to celebrate pets, and she thinks they should get special days to celebrate how much we love them.
