Spencer's 5th grade girlfriend sent him a photo of a love letter he wrote her.
She had broken his heart and he had written her to let her know that how she broke up with him wasn't the right way.
Spencer asked Megan if she kept any love letters from when she was in school, and Megan said yes. She had a shoe box full of them but by now they're probably in a box somewhere.
