A woman recently stopped during a marathon to pick up a stray kitten.
Another runner saw this woman carrying the cat, and offered to take turns running with the cat so they could both finish the race.
After this unusual turn of events, a by stander watching the race offered to take the cat home.
The cat now has a safe home and a remarkable story which prompted Spencer to ask Megan about the stray dog, Thunder that she took in and rehomed.
Megan said that Thunder's rescue mom couldn't keep him any longer due to conflicts with Thunder and her cat. Luckily, Thunder's rescue mom found him a good fit with a new mom.
Thunder is doing well and living his best life snuggled up on yet again, another couch.
