After almost a week of searching Megan has finally found Thunder, the stray, a home.
Thunder is the dog that Spencer and Megan found as a stray in need outside of the radio station. Thunder was in need of medical attention, and desperate for some TLC.
Megan and Spencer have been relentlessly calling rescues, learning about shelters and spreading the word to get Thunder into a home.
Our friend Heather said she would love for Thunder to join her family.
After extensive vetting of Heather and her ability to care for Thunder, Megan decided that Heather would be the perfect mom for Thunder.
Megan has built a bond with Thunder, and even though he will always have a special place in her heart she knew she needed to let him go.
She brought Thunder to Heathers house for a meet and greet, and Heather's family embraced Thunder.
It was such a sweet moment. Thunder is no longer a timid stray with a collar made from a belt, he is now a family dog with more love and tail wags than Megan could ever hope for him.
