Spencer's birthday is next week so we are celebrating this weekend.
A couple that Spencer invited to come to his celebration said that they can't afford a babysitter for their kids, so if Spencer wants them to come, he needs to pay for the sitter.
Spencer was asking how much it was because he wants to be able to spend time with his friends, but Megan was appalled by this request.
Megan said that this was rude and selfish. Our friends Karen, Lisa and Cathy agree.
They each said that asking someone to pay for your childcare in order to go to a birthday celebration is outrageous.
