Am I the Karen?
A man recently called out a potential Karen at his apartment complex after a neighbor blocked his food delivery from entering.
The woman dubbed as the 'delivery police' sits in the apartment lobby and stops any visitors from entering the building.
She stopped the delivery driver who was buzzed in and refused to let him in. By the time the man who ordered could make his way down to the lobby the driver had to leave and return the order to the restaurant. The man, obviously upset confronted the delivery police and recorded her.
The woman said that there was too many unknown people entering the building and said the man should have buzzed her in, and didn't. Even though the orderer said he did buzz the delivery in.
Is she a Karen?
Spencer Graves and Megan Terry say YES. She is a Karen and should not be doing that.
Megan said she doesn't understand how people have the time or energy to act like this. Megan was actually impressed by the patience displayed by this guy who didn't get his order. Meg said that in a Hangry situation she probably would have been much crankier in handling the situation.
