Awful neighbors are something that can be unavoidable especially for condo/apartment renters.
Unfortunately, a recent incident showed us that some issues are larger than arguing about the noise coming from the floor above.
After hearing voices and thinking that god was telling him to set his condo ablaze, a man named Irving did just that.
He was arrested and then released after posting a $10,000 bond.
