Spencer Graves experienced an unexpected encounter when selling fishing electronics on Facebook Marketplace yesterday evening.
While waiting to meet the potential buyer, Spencer watched out for a woman (Joyce) whom he believed was who he was communicating with on Facebook Messenger.
To his surprised a man pulled up and approached his vehicle saying that he was the potential buyer. The buyer then shared that he uses his wife's Facebook to stay connected with their friends and family after Joyce's passing from Cancer. Despite the grief the buyer shared some good jokes and memories of his wife, Joyce and made a typically average experience of selling on Marketplace a heartwarming experience that will have a long-lasting effect.
