Brian Laundrie is still a wanted man. His parents are still living in their home, even with constant media coverage, police tape and protestors on their lawn. Recently, a protestor named Andra Griffin, filed a lawsuit with the local court citing that Brian Laundrie's father, Christopher Laundrie, destroyed a sign of hers that was made for a "peaceful protest." The sign read, âWhat if it was Cassie,â in reference to Brian Laundrieâs sister, the complaint says. The lawsuit claims that Laundrie came out of his home the morning of Saturday, Oct. 16, âwalked up to the sign, stole it and walked back onto his property.â
In the lawsuit, Griffin asks the court to order Laundrie to reimburse her $40, âplus court fees, any other costs and for such other and further relief deemed just and proper.â A notice to appear in court, scheduled for Zoom on December 1, was sent to Griffin and Laundrie.
