This guy took "putting a little Captain in ya," to the extreme. Scott Brandon Taylor, a self proclaimed fire starter, was arrested and charged after setting the roadway on fire at 2am. Police say when they showed up, they witnessed a large fire on the road, a man perched with a sword, a knife at his side, chugging a half gallon of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. Once Taylor was arrested, his destructive behavior didn't stop there.
Taylor was brought to booking and was in a holding cell when he purposely damaged the fire sprinkler, causing it to flood the cell and the jail.
