Well, this is weird but hey, people sue for everything. A woman hooked up with a guy in his car and contracted an STD. The two engaged in sex and she contracted HPV (human papillomavirus,) which can cause cervical cancer. She still thinks Geico should pay because the guy has a policy with them. Geico has issued a motion to dismiss and is checking their current policy language to keep this from happening again. Geico say their insurance only covers injuries that happen, "out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of" the car. And this doesn't fit into that category.
