Florida Officials Tracking Down Vehicle Owner Who Parked During High Tide

Meanwhile in Florida...Clearwater Police are tracking down the owner of a red Lexus that was left parked on the sand, in a no parking or stopping area, that was caught in high tide. This is the second issue like this in less than a month.
