Nothing like a screaming neighbor to get you going at 3am. For one neighborhood, that is exactly what happened. Neighbors found themselves being disturbed at 3am to a man screaming. When asked, "why," the man claimed that he was tired of the late night fireworks and wanted to show just how annoying they truly are. "Boom, boom, boom. Firecracker,” the man yelled in the dark. Police were called and the man ceased his yelling. Both, late night firework users and a screaming man could be against the cities noise ordinance.
