Normally, the finale comes at the end but for some residents in a small neighborhood, of Toldeo, Ohio, that wasn't true. In a viral video, you can see the fireworks barely making it over the homes and then BOOM...fireworks began shooting in every direction. Residents scattered, windows broke and children were seen crying. When the majority of fireworks had gone off, you can see two unidentified people kicking debris back into the flames.
