What You Need To Know About The Alan Jackson Newnan Benefit Show

Saturday is going to be a wild day and night in Coweta County. Alan Jackson sold out his benefit show after his hometown was destroyed by a tornado, earlier this spring. Here are the general rules and guidelines for the show and fairgrounds.

Permitted Items (Allowed)

  • low back, single person chairs
  • Sunscreen (less than 3oz)
  • Bug spray (less than 3oz)
  • clear backpacks (smaller than 12" x 6" x 12")
  • Sunglasses and hats
  • Empty metal, plastic, or non-glass reusable water bottle
  • Sharpies

Prohibited Items (Not Allowed)

  • Blankets
  • Any non-see through backpacks or bags
  • Tents, umbrellas or structures
  • Alcohol
  • Outside food, snacks or drinks
  • Drones or flying devices
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Banners or flags on poles
  • Glowsticks
  • Focused lights, including laser pointers
  • Spray paint or marker pens
  • Airhorns or megaphones
  • Scooters, skateboards or compact methods of transportation
  • Fireworks, flammable or explosive devices
  • Coolers
  • Pets (see ADA exceptions)
  • Vapes, cigarettes, Zippos, lighters, cigars, marijuana
  • Audio or video recording equipment
  • Walkie Talkies or radios
  • Glass bottles
  • Solicitation items, including pamphlets, brochures, cards
  • Unauthorized vending
