Garth Brooks received the Kennedy Center honors recently. Along with his wife, Brooks sat patiently as other nominees were honored. Then, Kelly Clarkson took the stage. Clarkson tackled "The Dance," one of Brooks' biggest hits. Brooks gave Clarkson a standing ovation and was visibly emotional after her performance.
