Joe Diffie may be gone but he's certainly not forgotten. Diffie passed away on March 29th, last year. In honor of his passing, an unknown person spray painted a white water tower in Old Hickory, Tennessee with "Billy Bob Loves Charlene," and used John Deere Green colored paint. The only hope is that the town leaves it forever in remembrance of the late, great country music hero.
