Even thieves have a change of heart. A car thief in Maryland had a change of heart after boosting a SUV. While the thief was making off with the vehicle, they noticed a stranded motorist who needed help changing a tire. The thief pulled over and decided to help. As the thief changed the tire, the broken down person jumped into the thief's stolen SUV and took off. The thief was now stranded and called the police for help. When the police arrived, they arrested the car thief and the person who then stole the stolen car.
