Andrew Marr, pictured above in his most recent mugshot, destroyed a grocery store in search of his "dope pipe." Marr threw a tantrum in the store destroying metal detectors and a wine rack, then using a "no parking," sign with concrete attached, to smash cars in the parking lot. Marr did over $7,000 in damages and couldn't find his dope pipe in the store. Marr did eventually find his dope pipe, because it was in his pocket. Marr was arrested for criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance.
