Bew White created Summer Classics with a textile Engineering Degree he received from Auburn University. Although he had a promising future at Avondale Mills, the great grandson of its founder and Alabama Governor, Braxton Bragg Comer, Bew changed his career path and began a lifelong entrepreneurial pursuit of excellence in home goods. Summer Classics is now the largest luxury outdoor furniture manufacturer in the United States, and the industry's leading brand.
