Midland's Jess Carson and his wife Camille welcomed their son Parker Emanuel into the world on May 14th – in a hospital parking lot in Austin, Texas. He came before they could even get into the hospital! Jess says, “He sure does know how to make an entrance. Camille was so brave and strong -- way more through it all than I was." They were surprised at his speed of delivery because, the couple has a 15-month-old daughter, Ida Mae, who took 28 hours to be born after Camille went into labor! Surprise!
