What's Awesome: (Video) NBA star helps at risk families with utility bills

Usually, if NBA star Zach Randolph is in the news it's because he scored 20 points and pulled down 14 rebounds. But the Memphis Grizzlies forward was recently in the news for his charitable work with the Memphis community, which he's built a strong relationship with over the past eight years.

On Monday, Randolph announced a $20,000 contribution to pay the utilities for 100 at-risk families in Memphis.

Randolph has actually been doing this for seven years. The Memphis Grizzlies tweeted this emotional video of Randolph surprising one family who will benefit from his contribution
