The other day on The Bobby Bones Show, Eddie admitted he doesn't much about his money because his wife handles all of that stuff.
Lunchbox wanted to bring the subject up again because he thinks it's the most feminine thing he's ever heard. He says Eddie is the man and the one bringing home all of the money, but he lets the woman of the house control it all. He thinks that is so bizarre and doesn't know how Eddie lives with himself or looks at himself in the mirror. Eddie says his wife is very smart and much better with numbers than he is, he has lived with Dyscalculia his whole life. He has seen her be great at their finances and he trusts her with it.
Then Lunchbox decided to address the fact that Eddie asked his father-in-law to pay off all of his daughter's debts before he would get married to her. He thinks it's wild that now he trusts her with all of their finances when she was the one who had so much debt to begin with, that's when Eddie defended her saying she was very young then. Lunchbox admitted he wouldn't let his wife get her paws on his money. He added that this takes the cake of all the feminine crap he's given Bobby over the years.
Amy suggested Eddie does get involved with his finances because she was in a similar position with her husband when they divorced and looking back, she wishes she was more involved. Bobby said they've been married for almost 20 years and this has been working for them, so they should continue doing what works for them.
