Want the key to happiness? Who doesn’t? Luckily, it seems that it’s pretty easy for us to control. A new study from the Universities of Kent and Reading in England found the formula for a happy life is eating more fruits and vegetables and exercising. Basically, living a healthy life makes you happier.
