As Granger Smith's family continues to grieve over the death of 3-year-old River, his mother Amber posted about her struggle to come to terms with the loss.
She writes, "My heart will never be the same. I will never be the same. Yes, I have strong moments, but I also (as any grieving mother would do) cry, scream, question and fall to my knees. Then I get back up and fight."
Amber says she's grateful for all the support she's gotten from fans on social media, and encourages those suffering from a loss to have faith and stay strong.
As a Mom it is unfathomable to me, the thought of losing one of my kids... and I just pray for healing for Amber and her whole family
