ERIC CHURCH slipped on stage while performing"Desperate Man"at his show in Greensboro, North Carolina over the weekend. It wasn't a bad fall. In fact, he kept on singing and then cracked a few jokes about it later. The stage may have been slippery because someone gave him a towel that he used to wipe up the nasty spot.
Eric also announced a few more dates for his Double Downtour. There will be 13 new shows in eight cities.
He says, “I don't want to be two months from the end of this thing -- so we're going to play a little more... I can't thank you enough for what this is and what I'm seeing every night. I appreciate everybody giving me everything they've got and I look forward to seeing you on the road!”
Because of the late additions, there will be some cities where playing two consecutive shows would be impossible.
