The widow of Troy Gentry has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the aviation company that made the helicopter that crashed and killed her husband and the pilot.
Angela Gentry claims a defective throttle cable and engine were at fault. She notes that the craft's operating manual contained no recommendations on how to deal with the type of emergency that brought the chopper down on September 8th at an air resort in New Jersey.
No word on how much money she is seeking.
