The capacity for this event is 20 tables distanced 6' apart each seating 4-8 guests. If you don’t have a ticket for this event, you shouldn’t come.
Q: HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?
A: Tickets must be purchased online prior to the event at TinRoofBirmingham.com. You will receive a scannable ticket or code to present at the door. No paper tickets will be accepted.
Q: HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?
A: When you arrive, you will present your ticket for contact-free scanning.
Q: WHAT IF I CAN’T USE MY TICKET?
A: All sales are final, there will be no refunds.
Q: HOW DO I ENJOY/LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
A: Limited tables of four (4) and eight (8) will be sold until all tickets are sold. To reduce capacity and complete and exceed local CDC and State Social Distancing Guidelines, only 96 tickets will be available for purchase to view the show from the patio. Your group of four MUST consist of people you know. Single tickets will not be sold.
Q: WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY DRINKS/FOOD FROM THE BAR?
A: You may purchase drinks and food, BUT service will be at the table. You will not be permitted to order food or beverage from the bar by standing in line. All food and beverage service for those seats on the patio MUST be ordered from the table from your server. No exceptions.
Q: AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK?
A: Yes, unless when you’re eating or drinking we ask you to please wear your mask or face covering to help protect you and others seated near you
Q: WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING EVENT?
A: If you have an emergency, please call 911 first. Then, notify the nearest event staff member.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
A: Event will continue rain or shine. Your safety is our priority so in the event local safety officials deem it unsafe to continue the show, we will communicate that to everyone via stage announcements.
Q: CAN WE COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?
A: Once you arrive, you will not be permitted to leave the facility, unless there is an emergency, until the conclusion of the show. During the concert, we ask all seated patio guests to remain seated for the duration of the show.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL.
