Bellarmine University defeated Jacksonville University Tuesday night to capture the Atlantic Sun conference championship and punch their ticket to the NCAA Tournament. But wait ... not so fast. Bellarmine, a small Catholic university in Louisville, Kentucky, only joined Division 1 two years ago and a rule states that schools cannot compete in the tournament until their fifth season in D-1. So instead, Jacksonville State, which finished with the best record in the Atlantic Sun conference, will go to the big dance.
