In case you've missed the latest buzz surrounding IHOP, they announced last Monday, June 4 that they would be "flipping" their name to IHOb. But we would have to wait a week to find out what the "b" stands for.
Many took to social media to guess what the "b" could stand for: breakfast, brunch, beer, bacon, biscuits, and many more.
But as they announced today (Monday, June 11), the "b" actually stand for burgers.
According to their website,
Our new burgers are so good, we changed our name.
That’s right. We’re the International House of Burgers now. Our new Ultimate Steakburgers, made with All-Natural, 100% USDA Choice Black Angus Beef, are un-burgerin’-believable.
And it didn't take long for Wendy's to crank out yet another savage tweet in response:
