Does eating a salad a day keep stress away?

A new study from Australia found that vegetables and fruit can help reduce daily stress! Researchers from Edith Cowan University found that people who ate at least 470 grams (about 2 cups) of fruit and vegetables daily had 10% lower stress levels than those who ate less than 230 grams (less than 1 cup) of fruits and veggies every day. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends eating at least 400 grams of fruit and vegetables per day.

Any big surprise here?
